I’m giving a shower today
And I’m really moving fast
For I want this to be
A memory that will last.
From the list of guests to come
And the treats they will receive,
To the color of the bunch,
The photos that will be taken
And the goodies made to munch,
I want it all to be just perfect-
And remembered with a grin.
I’ve had so much fun doing this shower
That I might consider doing it again!

My list is getting very long
It might soon reach the sky!
But I know that it is in my power
To give my friend
